Faith Formation in the Church – Allison Reimschussel

Allison Reimschussel has been a part of St. Michael’s Conference Southwest since 2006, back when she was a wide-eyed middle schooler. Now serving as Head Counselor, she’s traded being a conferee for leading, mentoring, and helping shape the next generation of Michaelites. If you’re looking for her at the Assembly, just follow the sound of an impromptu jam session or a deep theological debate that somehow still ends in laughter.
At St. Michael’s, she’s seen firsthand how the blend of liturgy, study, and fellowship creates a transformative experience. One that doesn’t end on the last day but stays with you, shaping how you live out your faith. Outside of conferences, she wears many hats: real estate guide, photographer, Godmother, friend, and now fiance! Whether it’s finding someone their dream home or helping a first-year conferee feel at home in the liturgy, she brings the same passion for making people feel seen, heard, and valued.Come see why St. Michael’s Conference is more than a weeklong camp and discover how it can shape faith in a way that lasts a lifetime.

He holds a Master of Theology (MTh) degree from the University of Oxford, where he completed a dissertation on monastic renewal in contemporary Anglican mission. Following his ordination, he served for three years as curate at St. Peter’s Anglican Cathedral in Tallahassee, FL, before accepting the call to plant a church at Penn State. Informed by extensive ministry to Gen-Z and Millennials, Fr. Wesley’s desire is to equip the Church for the challenge of forming the next generation of resilient disciples in our Post-Christian climate of loneliness, virtuality, anxiety, and expressive individualism.

Carrying Faith to the World – Fr. Tanie Guy

Fr. Tanie Guy has been married for 39 years and has one daughter. He came to salvation in Christ on Easter Sunday in 1983. He has served in many capacities at his home congregations and supported their missions efforts. In 2000 he founded, along with his wife, Forget-Me-Not Ministries. Their purpose is to serve God’s frontline warriors, across denominations and missions boards, around the world. They come alongside missionaries and pastors right where they are called and while they are on furlough here in the US, providing pastoral care, mentoring, teaching and encouragement. Due to the active war, they are partnered with many local churches, missionaries, and missions boards to provide humanitarian aid, medicine, and shelter in addition to providing pastoral care to volunteers, soldiers, and chaplains. After many years of ignoring the call to ordained ministry, Fr. Guy surrendered to the call and was ordained a Transitional Deacon in the Jurisdiction of Armed Forces Chaplains on January 17, 2024, and to the Priesthood on August 8, 2024. When not in Ukraine, he assists at the Church of the Ascension with Bishop Darryl Fitzwater in the Missionary Diocese of All Saints.
