STEP ONE: Register for the Congress

Registration (per person):

• Rate (with Hilton Hotel) –  $125
• Locals only – $175 (no hotel) *

Cancellation fee – $50

* WHY?  The cost for the conference space at the Hilton is subsidized by those staying at the hotel.  The local fee covers this cost.

NEW!  BANQUET ONLY OPTION – For those who are not attending the Congress, but would like to join us for the Banquet on Thursday night, we’ve added this as an option.   The cost is $50 per person.

DAY RATE OPTION – For those who cannot attend the whole week, but would like to spend a day with us, we’ve set up the “Day Rate” option for $50.

If you prefer to write a check for the conference registration, make it out to “FIFNA” and memo “Congress Registration.”  (Mail to FIFNA at P.O. Box 210248, Bedford, TX, 76095-7248.)

Registration deadline is July 9, 2015.

If you are planning to donate to Forward in Faith at the same time, be a dear and write separate checks. (There are separate checkbooks for the Congress and FIFNA.)  Thank you!

STEP TWO:  Reserve your hotel room

Our group rate has expired online.  Please call  (817-882-1369) Michele Grenz at the Hilton to see if she can get you a room at $139 in our group.  

Single, double, triple, quad – all the same rate. (Husband and wife – $139 night.  Family of four – $139 night.)

(There are a few rooms available for Sunday and Friday nights for those who wish to arrive early or stay on).
