August 22, 2009 has been announced for the consecration of the Reverend William Henry Ilgenfritz who will lead the newly created Missionary Diocese of All Saints, a diocese-in-formation for congregations in the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA) which are also members of Forward in Faith North America (FiFNA). The consecration will be held in Charleroi, Pennsylvania near Pittsburgh, where Father Bill ministers and resides with his wife reside.

The conscration will be held at Saint Mary, Mother of the Church, Roman Catholic Church, as the event is expected to draw members from the ACNA, as well as FiFNA members who are within other Anglican jurisdictions beyond the newly created Anglican province, and additionally FiFNA members still under The Episcopal Church.

The Procession of vested clergy will start at Saint Mary's Anglican Church two blocks from the location of the festival service. The procession will begin at 10:50am and the service will commence at their arrival at 11:00am. A Reception Luncheon will follow (reservations for the Luncheon: 724.483.4072).
